I understand that by submitting any digital application and personal information to Omni Rent. (“ECP”), I have read, understand and agree to the following:

1. a) I have read, understand and agree to ECP’s Terms of Use, and CASL and Privacy Statement.
2. b) I have read, agree and understand that any hold fee provided by me for any application including a reservation with respect to an ECP property is non-refundable as soon as that application is submitted by me and approved by ECP.
